About the Developer

Preotle, Lane & Associates Ltd. (“PLA”), the developer of River’s Edge, is an owner, developer and manager of real estate with a focus on quality properties that can be acquired, developed or redeveloped, and managed for long-term value creation.  The PLA properties and locations are unique and have included mixed-use projects, first class office and luxury high-rise multi-family housing, including ancillary retail and recreation. The firm currently owns and is developing properties in Greater Boston and Connecticut.

PLA was formed in 1993 by John Preotle and Warren Lane. The two have been involved in real estate developments of over $750 million and investments of over $4.5 billion. Many of PLA's projects have greatly enhanced and even transformed the areas in which they are located. River's Edge is one of those projects.
