About the Developer

Preotle, Lane & Associates Ltd. (“PLA”), the developer of River’s Edge, is an owner, developer and manager of real estate with a focus on quality properties that can be acquired, developed or redeveloped, and managed for long-term value creation. The PLA properties have unique locations and have included mixed-use projects, first-class office, luxury high rise multi-family housing, and specialty retail. The firm has offices in Boston and New York City and currently owns properties in Greater Boston and Connecticut.

PLA was formed in 1993 by John Preotle and Warren Lane, each of whom has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry including developments of over $600 million and investments of over $4.5 billion.
