Elevators

The building features three roped hydraulic Otis elevators, one of which is oversized and has a second opening at the ground level to a service vestibule for freight-loading. Since there are only 96,000 rentable square feet above the first floor, three elevators will provide building tenants superior vertical transportation. Consistent with the building’s contemporary wood-clad elevator lobby, the interiors of the cabs have a back wall of eucalyptus wood veneer with stainless steel side walls and ceiling, elegant lighting and stainless steel elevator doors.  The service elevator has stainless steel doors, walls and ceiling.
