First Floor

The First Floor includes the elegant, bistro-like River Café which opens to an outdoor terrace and a Fitness Center with lockers and showers.

The slab-to-slab height between the First Floor and the Second Floor is 15'6" (compared with 13'3" on the Typical Floor). Therefore, the First Floor is appropriate for specialty uses such as laboratory, like Progenika, and testing.
