The southern exposure of 200 River's Edge Drive faces the project's "Great Lawn," a generous New England garden space framed by white-barked birch trees and red maples, with sculptural land forms, granite walls, benches, walks and lighting between the building and The Residences. The berm and granite seat wall in the foreground create a separation between the public River Park and the more private Great Lawn.
In this photograph a reflection of The Residences can be seen.
