River Terrace 

The River Café opens onto a terrace which overlooks the Park and the River and includes such cultivated plantings as rhododendron, fragrant sumac, Henry's garnet sweetspire, forest grass, day lilies, daffodils, and honey locust trees. At the west end of the Terrace, a red cedar lattice [not shown] is planted with climbing hydrangea vines. The contemporary tables and chairs were designed and manufactured in Italy by Emu.
