Typical Floor

The rectangular floor plates are very efficient and essentially column-free, with only four interior columns per floor. The column spacing is 30 feet x 45 feet and the space planning module is 5 feet. The building has 9-foot finished ceilings, 2-foot sills and 7 feet of high performance vision glass.
